With ICU IT you are always our priority. For us, a small business is just as important as a big company. You will always deal with your own Customer Manager and they will ensure your issues are seen to right away. You’ll never need to worry about being on hold to a call centre for hours on end – that’s not our style.
Our team of tech wizards are experienced providing small business IT support, so you can trust us to take responsibility for solving your problem from start to finish. They are fluent in plain English, so you don’t need a degree in geek-speak to understand them.
We’ll assist you on-site or remotely by connecting to your system, wherever you may be. We are IT users too, and understand the frustration when things go wrong.
As a small business, you will more than likely have several different suppliers for your IT infrastructure, from your internet and phone line to your cloud hosting. Don’t worry – we will have them on speed dial. We are able to liaise with suppliers on your behalf to get the problem sorted as quickly as possible.
Not only are we there for support when problems arise: we will also show you how IT can transform your business and help you plan your future growth. Our years of experience in SME and small business IT support makes us the best people to recommend the right IT systems and providers for your business.
Throughout all of this we will keep your budget in mind and with our fixed rates, budget control will be no problem.

Graham started ICU in 2001, with a vision to bring the high levels of service and resources found.
Within the enterprise sector, to SME sized businesses. This “service is king” ethos which Graham instilled into the business, is as strong today as it was in the beginning.
When Graham isn’t helping to direct the company, he has a strong interest in motor racing and enjoys visiting Silverstone and Donnington race tracks.
Having joined ICU during 2002, Simon progressed in 2012 to running the day to day operations of the business as Director.
When Simon is not helping the team or ICU’s customers, he enjoys Mountain Biking in the local trail centres and is also a member of Carsington Sailing Club, in Derbyshire.
