Graham started ICU in 2001, with a vision to bring the high levels of service and resources found.
Within the enterprise sector, to SME sized businesses. This “service is king” ethos which Graham instilled into the business, is as strong today as it was in the beginning.
When Graham isn’t helping to direct the company, he has a strong interest in motor racing and enjoys visiting Silverstone and Donnington race tracks.
Having joined ICU during 2002, Simon progressed in 2012 to running the day to day operations of the business as Director.
When Simon is not helping the team or ICU’s customers, he enjoys Mountain Biking in the local trail centres and is also a member of Carsington Sailing Club, in Derbyshire.
Jon joined ICU in 2010 starting out as a Junior IT System Engineer and has worked his way up to become the Operations Manager for ICU, dealing with the day-to-day running of the engineers. The security elements to business IT are Jon’s speciality. Jon still has clients which he has been supporting ever since he started at ICU.
When Jon isn’t at work, he’s an avid functional strength enthusiast and can often be found doing strongman training.
Having joined ICU in October 2015 as a Systems Engineer, Kevin has grown with the business and progressed to the role of Systems Manager. Managing the Service Desk side of the business, Kevin thrives on efficiency and providing exceptional levels of customer service.
Outside of work Kevin is a keen Derby County fan and enjoys a variety of sports (golf, badminton and more) as well as travelling and spending time with his young family.
